Members of Belfast IWW took part in solidarity actions with the people of Palestine as they resist Israeli state oppression.
Groups and activists from across Belfast marched from Castle Street to BBC Broadcasting House to highlight the state broadcasters bias against Palestine. The gathered crowd swelled considerably and marched on to City Hall despite the PSNI warning that all those in attendance were under threat of arrest.
Standing alongside Belfast Palestinians and hundreds of other individuals, members of the Industrial Workers of the World practiced our watchword: “An Injury to One is an Injury to All.” We stand with Palestine as they continue to resist state terror.
